Fig 8s and strides

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: unusually warm and humid. sunny

Comments:
Felt tired at the start of this one. for the first half, I felt like I was going faster than I actually was. I started to feel pretty good about halfway through (doing about 7:15s). Did 8x100m good fast strides on the track towards the end. felt good on them. much warmer than usual (low 80s and humid). this was an easy day. swim after.

Week's goals:
(1) 90-95 miles and average 6:50 pace for all
(2) Hammer the A1s
(3) long run of 20 miles, picking up the pace as I go, ending fast.
(4) Hammer the A3s, staying relaxed
(5) swim for 90 minutes this week (4x20min, 1x10min)
(6) fast strides on the track, three times (sun, tues, thurs/fri)

this past week I did 116 miles averaged 7:05 pace for all. a good week.
