Weather: Overcast - 17 degrees
Comments:
Solid tempo run. 5 minute warmup/stretch followed by two 8 minute tempo runs with a 4 minute recovery. Ran another 10 minutes at a very relaxed pace. Run on a very hilly back country course. Legs are feeling better too!!
