Good, long swim at the AUAB pool. Great facility, had the pool to myself when I started. Walked approx 3/4 mile to the gym, swam, grabbed a water and walked back.
Felt much better than previous long (1,000m) swim--better able to get into a sustainable rhythm. Seriously considered going farther but opted to stick to my already-ambitious goal of 1 mile after a previous best of 1km.
Bottom line--great, pain-free, wore-me-out PT that left me in a great frame of mind. (Not stressed, anxious; able to sit down, relax and read in a recliner w/my MP3 player providing some quiet background music.)
