back to school. and back again.

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
ran to lakeside and back. didn't hydrate enough, because i left right after i woke up. got some warm water from the fountain inside. on the way back i stopped at henderson mill elem for more water. thankfully there were people inside to let me in and the water was cold. made it home for a long, hot, eleven-mile run. ran about seven-minute pace on the way there, eight-minute on the way back.
