Weather: hot and humid, pretty miserable
Comments:
house to north park to west park, shaker all the way to 271, back shaker to south park and then north park. mapped to 12.99. Hoping it was a little more, but pace wise it was 7:20's so that's not too bad, considering i was just getting the run done. hamstrings still sore to the touch from the lifting, but not really bothering anything when i run.
