Comments:
Today me tom and Dave did the workout in the morning. warmed up a mile then did 3 miles steady 6:05, 6:08, 5:53 (18:05) then 3 mile steady 5:43, 5:37, 5:28 (16:40) then 4 min steady 1 min on til 9 miles. last 3 miles was 16:33. too fast in the beginning but still was able to finish strong. cooled down 10 min
