Comments:
Down to Curley, warm up loop, short run through the sprinklers to cool off, then back home. Just wanted to get in a nice, easy run today. Felt pretty good, and it wasn't too hot so I'm pleased. Although, I was chafing really bad at the end of the run(just like yesterday) which did not feel good.
