Comments:
Ate dinner early and ran around 8:00 after a rain. It was cooler, but muggy as hell. Still, I felt good, but it's been tough to do anything more than 8 minutes miles when the temperature is like this, I might gave to change it up and do some mild fartleks just to get some work in around 7 minute pace.
