Comments:
75min long run today.. did it late at night started at about 10. Felt quite good for the most part had some cramps form between miles 5-7 but worked them out fairly easily. I just sort of went into a cruise mode and kept up a good pace. Foot didn't bother me at all. Did 10min core routine after the run.
