Comments:
Felt really good! First half wasn't pushing but felt really strong, though not fresh, in the legs. Barely felt my abs throughout the entire run, though the feeling was still there. Crunches and leg lifts after felt fine, but scissor kicks brought some pain. Still a ways to go...
