Ran home from work, keeping a pretty quick pace overall. Hammered the pace up the backside of heartbreak hill. Felt good overall. Finished with a kick workout on the track with Greg. Did 37, 39, 35, 34, 31.9, 37, 31.1, with 1 minute rest.
