Comments:
Ran in the morning with Del Mon and the CU guys in the AM. ran on the creek. went out 5 miles then turned around and added on when i got back. Good run went easy most of the way kinda pushed it a little bit in the middle of the run. Then later in the day doubled by myself ran at the turf barefoot and did some strides.
