Comments:
Worked out at Belmont but Todd left us behind so me Tom Del Mon and Ward had to do it together. did a short warm up then 800 of the first mile then 90 secs rest then rest of the mile then 3 min mile 3 min 800 of that mile then 800, the second part of the mile was short and fell off the second mile but finished strong.
