Weather: windy and a bit chilly

Comments:
Did Ramblewood route and around campus.... ran half with some of the ladies. Walking helps before running. Felt good during run. Sharp pain comes and goes (level 4/10) afterward during crunches and supermen. Iced 20 min. Will ice tonight and use hot packs. I'm thinking about continuing ibuprofin, but I'm unwilling to get ulcers by taking it all season long. Unsure about whether or not to go back to chiropractor.
