Today worked out on the green warm up miloe on the near side of the green. Then 3 miles steady 4 min on (5 min pace) 2 min off 4x then 2min until the end. I went 5:59, 6:06, 5:54, 5:30, 5:29, 5:33, 5:32, 5:42, 5:23. Tom dropped me at 5 miles. cool down a mile
