Weather: felt nice, lots of shade
Comments:
A hard workout at Stratton. 12 400s at a little faster than 5k pace. This whole season I have just sucked at these fast paced workouts. I felt really bad today physically, but aerobically was fine. The workout pretty much taught the importance of getting out quickly and fast, because that was key in having a good interval. Well, good workout I guess, but I haven't really seen any signs of progress with me and fast paced workouts.
