Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Went out to run at about 630 today so it wasn't too hot at that point. Started out going at a decent pace but my feet were hurting quite a bit but I think that was because I wore my new shoes for the first time today. I got the same trainers that I always get but just whenever I break in new ones the always don't feel comfortable on my feet. By about halfway through the run I got used to the shoes and they didn't hurt anymore. After the first 2 miles or so I felt really good and just ended up going fast for the rest of the run, which might not have been the greatest idea but going fast up all of the hills felt really good. Felt like it was finally xc season again. Did 8 fast 100m strides barefoot on a soccer field after the run.
