Weather: Sunny and hot Weatherman said 85, no lies there
Comments:
Ran up this one hill 6 times and rode my bike down the hill each time because my shins killed. I'm sure they will be sore tonight because even going uphill was a pain in the patooty. Felt kind of pathetic and really want to get out of this funk. Note: did not include the distance on the way down the hill b/c bike. Strength trainging
