6 Mile Tempo

Comments:
I had an awesome tempo that I negative split every mile, and I was 40 seconds faster than last week. Started out nice and easy, and just increased the tempo slightly after every mile. The funny thing is that this is under the pace that I raced on Saturday. Also my 5 mile split was under thirty so I know I can crush that stupid and frustrating barrier. Splits: 6:08, 6:06, 5:57, 5:54, 5:50, 5:43. 35:41
