Comments:
We had to run outside the walls of YCP due to storm damage.. We did a 2 mile warmup-- 45 seconds times 4 with 60 second rest in between then 3 minute rest after #4..4 minutes out and 4 minutes back at 5K race pace..3 minute recovery..finish with 2x45 seconds fast..cooldown of 2 miles
