Comments:
Saw the cardiologist today, everything went well and they told me that I have a slightly bigger heart but nothing to worry about so I got cleared to run today. So I did the workout, warmed up then 4x35seconds then mile did it with the last group then took off the next one then first half , then second half but up flagpole to tree, then took off then did last one up the hill. cooled down and felt pretty shitty considering not running in 3 days
