Mile Repeats

Comments:
With a couple races just around the corner, I decided to try and do a moderate repeat-mile workout. Most guys were at camp so I did the workout by myself. Heath Keefer also tried to do his own workout. I ran the first in 5:12, 5:14, and the last in 5:12. My legs felt pretty good but I wouldn't have been able to run another quality one.
