Workout at the other end of the green (Chestnut Hill) worked out with Mitchell, Rollin, Buell, Mahoney, Grabowski Coles, Laratta, Del Mon. did2 mile warm up then 4 miles steady 5:42, 5:37, 5:46, 5:50 then mile on 5:24 then 2 miles steady, 6"05, 5:55 then mile on 6:02 fell off after mile on and was just really tired for most of the run. 2 mile cool down
