Comments:
Today we worked out at Belmont. Me, Rollin, Buell, Mahoney, Mitchell, Grabowski, and Del Mon. first half mile then mile and half which was starting after the tree before half mile then to triangle back out to the finish line and finished at the turn. then mile regular except at end we had to go around a bush. then 2 halves
