800m @ 3:02, 1800m @ 7:22, 800m @ 3:04, 1800m @ 7:23, 1 min rest then fly 800m @ 2:59!
26 minute cool down with Chrissy

goals times were 3:08 and 7:40, but I felt great so I just took off. This might have been my best A3 set in the past 3 years (definitely my best interval workout this year). I felt terrible in my 3 workouts last week, so this was a great way to start off the week - I feel a lot more confident.
