pretty good a3 workout. it was the first one where i was just able to relax and run fast but not die. with matt and matt and keyser and rob. pretty good team workout. took turns making the pace. lost rob because of muffin shits.
last 800 tried to just relax and float, ended up getting burned by keyser, but my legs were toast for the end.
good good workout. felt like I could relax finally. also there was no power.
