5:44 5:56 5:46 5:42 5:24 (28:33, 3 seconds faster) 5 mile tempo with Kurt, who had a sweet workout. Brett was hanging good for the first 2.5 or so. Went out faster than last week, slowed too much in the second mile, not really sure why, but it was definitely around the same effort level of last week, so that's a plus
