Comments:
10min warmup; 800(3:34), 1800(8:25), 800(3:30), 1800(8:28), 800(3:16); 10min cooldown. Stretch,situps & planks, 10min icebath.
My quads and shoulder were really sore from playing squash, so I thought the workout would go really badly, but instead I was able to hit pace on all my intervals and stay with my group!
