Comments:
I was feeling pretty tired and lightheaded during the warmup but once we got going I was fine. Ran with Houser and Pat. The conditions were perfect for a workout.
800: 2:38 (5:16 pace) 30 seconds recovery
1800: 6:09 (5:28 pace) 30 seconds recovery
800: 2:36 (5:12 pace) 30 seconds recovery
1800: 6:03 (5:22 pace) 60 seconds recovery
800: 2:23 (4:46 pace)
Big loop for the cooldown in 16 minutes. We ran kind of fast for a cooldown. Once the workout got going it felt like it didn't even really hurt that much. When I went to push the pace on the 800 I felt like I didn't really have any gears. The more I think about it, it should be easy to run 5:20 pace on a perfectly flat surface in perfect conditions. I need to start running my A3's harder. Knee was fine but need to watch it.
