Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
It was my plan to run 5 miles in 45 minutes, but I ended up going faster for the first 1.5 miles than yesterday and then overcompensating and going really slow, and then going fast again. I probably could have gone another mile or two, but I got really bored and decided to quit. I'm going to try something new tomorrow.
