Julio Ricardo's Amazing Day

August 5, 2010 (Morning)

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Cool and humid

Comments:
Prologue: At the Race Smart session, I went to town with a Sharpie and doodled all over my racing bib. I entered as a young man of 16 years as Julio Ricardo from Pennsylvania Township. I continued to draw on my bib, and attempted to sneak it out of the room. Little to my knowledge, the women's Altoona coach was watching me the entire time. My bib was given to Aaron Kauffman thankfully, and I was able to recieve my bib without much trouble.

The Story: I originally planned on slacking off on the prediction run. But after that start noticed a girl with an incrediblely fine badonkadonk. Followed it for about a mile, then booked it after I heard a kid say..."Hey, that kid is staring at her badonkadonk."...continued on, saw Kauffman, who proceeded to ask me..."What did you do that you're running so fast?"...I proceeded to give him a slight strip tease. Continued on at a solid pace, and kept going the entire time. As I was making the return loop, Red Land was busy securing the caboose of the prediction run. They proceeded to follow me for about a quarter mile, but dropped pursuit as I pushed up a hill. On the second loop back I continued my tease for Kauffman who returned it with a mooning of his own. Finished 9th overall, and was 50 seconds off of my predicted time. I wound up 5th place for time and won a pair of socks, a bag, and a shoe pouch for my key. Unfortunatly, I was taking care of a personal matter and was not present to recieve my gifts. My brother accepted them for him, and he was told that the photos might be on the New Balance or Millersville website. Despite the situation, Julio Ricardo(me) had a good day.

Epilogue: The End.
