Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
so we were sopposed to run for about 60-65 mins but it ended up being about 1hr and 45 mins. we decided to cool off in the stream but when we went up to the other side we ended up going to this regilous camp groud. we found a road but it was the wrong way. on the way back to the camp ground, we found part of a boys group. we ended up having to go back in the river, this time with shoes on and everyone got blisters. it ended up being the most tiring run out of the whole camp.
