Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
We're on a new island called Koh Phanang. The hills here are ridiculous. Imaging the steepest hill you know of, and then imagine it repeating 5 times in a row. I gutted it out as long as I could, but still only managed five miles.
Got attacked by a dog and kicked it pretty good under the jaw. Thought I broke its neck for a minute, but then it started barking again
