Comments:
Ran at seashore again today with the O.L crew. On the first half down main trail, wasnt feeling too good so kept my own pace. Felt alot better on the way back while running with connor doan, liam, chris mcgary, and drew midland. first mile on the way back was 7:16 and only got faster. dropped off on the last mile to save energy for monday
