Weather: Overcast, 13 degrees, breezy

Comments:
Long run today. decided to use the run as an experiment to see how hard I could push myself to maintain even splits throughout the run at a strong pace. Felt solid but for sure was tired towards the end. thighs burn pretty good too.

Cold, windy weather made the run a bit difficult a times. The weather out here is highly variable.

Lookin' to steadily increase speed until race day.
