Felt all right, drink enough water... started out decent had trouble remaining at pace first 3 and half laps were great with some on some off... After started to decrease pace... and I let it next think I knew I was 40 meters back ... that messed everything up and from there on i had to hold on... so it was beeping (about)40 meters from the lines, kept it like that ... finishes could have probably done 1 more lap at the pace... however felt some disappointment ...

Thing that pissed me off... People kept getting into my lane.... and I had to press the watch every 100 meters annoyed me... I guess that kind of influences me on my time... Well at the same time I kind of feel good because I’m maintaining the pace from the hills for one more lap... overall need to work on my arm movement and my breathing as well as keeping my head up...
