Weather: Muggy, but after dark
Comments:
Abs felt pain-free for the majority of the run! Felt strong, though the actual strength/speed is not back yet. Really need to get to the gym to strengthen up. Was able to pick it up for the last mile without pressing too hard. Good run, leglifts and crunches after- need to increase regimen frequency and intensity
