got out a little lte tday so it was really hot but i was detemined and stranely felt kinda good, as my pace shows. felt lighter on my feet and actually remembered liking running again, which has been a while comig in all this heat and such early morning running. just kinda extended a loop i knew until it was long enough for 40 minutes. all done with texas running baby, woot!! now stretch u maniac, or ull pull multiple muscles
