Creative and fun upper body/core workout. 6 sets of three exercises: a push-up, a dip, an ab. I ran the odd sets, Dave made up the evens; we never repeated activities. We did 150 push-ups, 90 dips, and 350 ab/core excercises. We looked good on the beach that day.
