Workout: Tempo Run no slower than 7min but after 4 min, began 4min at 10k, than 3 min recovery at 6:50-7:00, than again 4 min at 10k. Did this 4 types through. with last mile around 6:50 pace.(38:00)= 6:20 pace Tough workout for the heat and everything else happening today but got it done!
