Good run today with Daniel, Armando, Gaby, and Katie. I DID get lost so instead of doing only 3 miles I did 3.5...I think. The timing is a little off. Very humid but felt good. Knees were less sore than yesterday but still hurting and my shinplints were kind off hurting. Did stretch them out and got a shin massage from Katie though. Wow just looked at my mile split. The distance may be a little off.
