Weather: nice, warmer than the last few days

Comments:
did 5 x mile repeats on the track. honestly i wasnt feeling good all day, so naturally this workout only made me feel worse. i ran 5:28, 5:30, 5:55, 5:59, and 5:42. i was able to barely stay with kurt and tenley for the first two, but i fell off real bad after a lap of the third, and tanked on the fourth as well. i was able to pull it together a bit for the last one, and i feel like i couldve held a 5:40 pace for the whole workout, but doing the first two at 5:30, which is where i should have been, killed me today cause i just didnt have it. i guess every day's not a winner, but ive been increasing mileage a bunch so i guess its alright to have the occasional bad day. did a mile and a half each for the warmup and cooldown.
