Comments:
10 minute warmup. I felt tired, stiff, and dehydrated on the warmup. I had a lot of class this afternoon and didn't do a good enough of hydrating. Anyways, Pat and Houser were out so I ran with MacColl, Ken, Will, and Dan. MacColl pushed the 1k and Ken pushed the 4k. MacColl and I didn't have a watch for the 2k and everyone had fallen off really bad so we couldn't gauge off of them. I couldn't get into a rhythm today. The workout wasn't tough, I just felt awkward and inefficient. I need to take better care of my body.

3k: 11:25 (6:18 pace, slightly under)
1k: 3:25 (5:28 pace, way under)
4k: 14:37 (5:51 pace, way under)
2k: 7:10 (5:44 pace, about right)

4x200 with Keyser afterwards, Big Loop starting at 200 area for cooldown.
