Weather: Not to bad

Comments:
Today was the time trial and there was speed work. Unfortunatly after the mile I was really exhausted so the speed work was eh. But whenever I'm not feeling to fast I really try to concentrate on my form. Warm up was a mile, then time trial, then speed things, then I biked for the cool down because of my stupid shins. The bike was 20 minutes.
