Comments:
got to the track early in the morning, legs' didn't feel too good on the warmup,
first circuit was really tough, and I was kinda confused. on the second one I skipped all leg exercises after maybe the first 2?
I'll take a look when I get home tonight...

not really sure what the WU was I think it was .5/1?
dont think i warmed down at all, just not a good day to workout.
