Weather: sunny and warm (warmer than usual)
Comments:
Ran 6 miles at about 7:25 pace then did A1s on the course: 3000m(11:14), 1000m(3:31), 4000m(14:28), 2000m(6:56). My legs felt really tired during the entire run today--I think it's from the recent fast stuff. I hung back on the first two intervals and then tried to hammer the second two--felt sluggish. Not really my finest workout, but certainly was not rested going into it. Keyser really pushed me on the 4000. cooled-down for only 6 minutes because I didn't want to get in a ton of mileage today. Swim after.
