umm i was really tired when i got to practice but once i started running i felt unbelievably good! i just wanna say thanks to claire and squidney for pushing me tonight! couldnt have done it without you! and great job to everyone else on the team... and my dad :) gotta love him. hehe 18:42 is like the fastes i have ever run in my life!!! 2x20 second strides and 13 dirty dozens with madolyn sydney and whitney! (told ya we could do 13 coach fortney!)
