10x2:00 Workout

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
We did 2:00 minutes at a race pace, then stopped for a minute. We did this 10 times having the distance total to about a 5k. my 5k time for the workout was 19:52 which is pretty awesome, i would love to get that in a race. My hip was kind of bothering me, its been acting up alot lately. The weather was perfect and it was an overall good run tonight.And i conquered 13 dirty dozens!
