Weather: perfect!!! 77degrees, occasional breeze, it felt great

Comments:
2minutes of a sprint, then 1minute of a standing recovery. We did this 10times so it was a total of 20minutes sprinting.
i did 4 of the 10. my knee isnt hurting at all right now, it was earlier, oh well whoo!
