Started with a leg circuit: :20 run, 20 plyo jumps, lunges, backward run. Had to stop because my hip didn't feel right.

Resumed chest workout:

50 push ups
4x6 bench press @ 135 lbs
3 sets endurance bench 10 reps/:10 hold/10 reps @ 95 lbs

3 rounds:
DB ab ball chest press @ 40 lbs
Walking push ups @ 12 lbs
1:00 extended push up position
